When is the last time you allowed your body to move in a way that releases the emotions that sometimes lie stagnant within the body?

Meet Judah Agbonkhina and N’kole Bryant owners of Word On Da Street W/ Judah and Suits For Judah. We are incredibly excited to share space with this powerful yogi couple as they offer Trauma Informed Yoga at The Art Inspired Wellness Sampler. There is no limit to the talents and gifts of Judah and N’Kole, they bless those they meet. Their personalities make you smile, and their hearts are super genuine. I’m excited as I anticipate the energy within the flow they are about to create.
Been feeling blah lately? Let’s get that body flowing! The purpose of trauma informed yoga is to help you become more aware of what’s going on in your body. This awareness then allows for releasing built-up emotions, stress, and tension.
Commit to releasing whatever isn’t creating ease in your body. Reserve your spot, space is limited. Each session will only have 4 other people participating. Enjoy a small intimate session to relax, relate, and release. Can you spare 15 minutes just for you this Saturday? #youreworthy

Did you know that 130 people die by suicide everyday? Did you know that not only are depression and anxiety the leading mental illnesses in the nation but also Texas and Dallas County? Did you know the lower the income, the higher the incidence of mental illness? Our Why: 2 Inspire Peace and Be Natural are raising funds to build capacity to provide restorative, art inspired and wellness programs for the community to increase mental health awareness. We believe that no one should have to cope with a mental health challenge or punitive consequences if mental health awareness, resources, and restorative practices can be offered as a resolution. We believe no one should have to suffer in silence or stigmatized because of a mental health challenge. You can help us empower our communities. You can help us create more of these opportunities and reduce costs for needed services and resources so that no community member has to make the choice to live in isolation or feel unsupported while experiencing a mental health challenge or situation in which rehabilitation isn't available. You can help us make a difference in someone's life.
